Import Forms

Explanation of Import Forms and how to open them

There are several ways how to import your data into the tool. We present all the ways here. The easiest way is to import our Excel templates or synchronize with the LazyCloud upload queue.

Table Sheet Import

The Table Sheet Import form is the way you should use if you want to work with our Excel templates. The form can be opened in three different places:

After selecting one of the options shown above, you will see this window:

  • Upload Area On top of the import form you can drag & drop your table sheet files or use the "Browse Files" button to open your file explorer and select the desired files. You can add more than one table file to the import form.

  • Remove Loaded Rows If the option on the bottom left of the import form is checked, the already imported designs and listings will be removed from the workspace if you import new ones.

  • Add Manually The clickable "Add Manually" text brings you to the Edit Form of the tool. With this you can manually add designs and listings.

  • Sheet Selection Dropdown If your table file contains multiple sheets, you can click on the dropdown field to its right to select which sheet shall be the import source.

  • Cancel Button The cancel button closes the import form and discards your loaded files.

  • Import Button The import button finishes your import process and brings the data from your table files to the workspace.

  1. Sheet Selection Dropdown If your table file contains multiple sheets, you can click on the dropdown field to select which sheet shall be the import source.

  2. Settings Template Dropdown If you have created several Custom Excel Import Settings, you can set in this dropdown field which of them should be applied.

  3. Platform Selection Depending on which platforms were enabled in your settings templates, they will be displayed again here in this section. You can now decide for which platforms the data should be loaded.
